Returns & Exchanges

At Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your luggage in its original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
